Covid-19 Policy

Restore is thankful to its patients trusting Shannon to continue in-person therapy and health & wellness sessions during the pandemic. The following steps are being taken to protect patients and help slow the spread of Covid-19.

Health Screenings

Health screenings and temperature checks will take place prior to each session. *Anyone with a fever of 100 or more or who does not pass the screening will need to reschedule.

Cleaning Procedures

All touched surfaces will be disinfected after each patient with an EPA-approved disinfectant. Sheets and pillowcases are changed after each patient and washed in hot water each evening.

Waiting Area

All patients are asked to wait in their car or outside until no earlier than 5 minutes before appointment time. Approximately 5 minutes before your session, you may enter the building and sit in the waiting area with your mask covering your nose and mouth at all times. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment.

Masks

Shannon will wear a mask at all times while treating patients. Patients are asked to wear a mask upon entering the building and while waiting for the therapy session to begin. Once the health screening is passed, patients may take off masks during individual sessions at the comfort level of each patient.
