Movement training teaches patients how to move in patterns that will keep them healthier. Most of us have faulty movement patterns that make us more prone to injury or impede healing after injury. These faulty movement patterns are often due to pain, injury or weakness. Movement training focuses on strength, resilience, biology, mobility and proper movement patterns to help free you to move with less pain and be as strong and healthy as possible. At Restore, we will assess your movement patterns and identify any areas of restriction or excessive movement (instability) that are leading to wear and tear on your joints and muscles.
